What size should I get?
If you use 1-3 regular pads or tampons on your heaviest day, you have a light flow - try the XS! If 4-5, you have a medium flow and should try the Small. If 6-7, you have a heavy flow - go for the Large. If 8+, you have an extra heavy flow - XL!
Can I use a Pixie Cup if I have a tilted uterus?
This completely depends on your body and how your Pixie Cup fits you! Go ahead and try out your menstrual cup because you likely won’t have any problems. If you do experience leaking or pain, remember that we offer a 100% happiness promise.
How do I clean my cup?
Wash with an all-natural, silicone-safe wash (like our Pixie Wash!) every 12 hours to keep odors, staining, and bacteria away. Before/after your period, sterilize it by boiling or use our Steamer - sterilizes in 3 mins with the click of a button!
Can I use a Pixie Cup if I have an IUD?
Yes, however, as with all vaginal products, there is a small chance of IUD dislocation. We recommend talking to your gynecologist about using your Pixie Cup with an IUD and possibly having your IUD strings trimmed slightly.
